Raama has been in the real estate industry since 2008. Prior to joining SRI, he was a KEO of a start-up real estate agency. As an ACTA certified trainer, assessor and curriculum developer, Raama has mentored many sales persons over the years.
Raama began his career as a regular in the RSAF where he spent a good 10 years serving the nation. This was then followed by a short stint with Singapore Airlines as a trainee commercial pilot before ultimately embarking on a career in the real estate industry. He has not looked back since. In 2009, Raama completed his CEHA exams and in 2014 he similarly aced the then newly established REA exams by CEA. Raama graduated with a Bachelor of Aviation degree and holds a private pilot’s license. He is a self-confessed tech geek and loves reviewing tech and gadgets of all kinds. Being in the industry for over 20 years, I have personally closed more than 2000+ deals, grossing over $100 million worth of transaction. I started my real estate career in 2001 after my 7 years Navy contract. During the first 11 years of journey in real estate, I am dealing with all Residential properties until 2012. I switched to Commercial properties so that I can spend more time with my daughter. During the COVID outbreak of pandemic & circuit breaker, the commercial market hit the bottoms therefore I decided to make a switch to 50% on High End Residential & 50% Commercial. Hard work paid off with good result and i have assist many of my clients to increase their Asset Portfolio & got their Dream Home. |
