| I have been in the FMCG market for more than 26 years working for Dairy Farm for the most part of it and a 3 years stint with The Getz Corp managing General Foods account. I worked as an expatriate in Taipeh for a year, Hong Kong for 5 years and Kuala Lumpur for 2 years. As the General Manager of Photo Finish, I developed the business from 12 stores to 48 stores and I am very familiar with the commercial retail rental market. I have a passion for food and opened an eatery as well as had been a hawker myself before moving into the oil & gas industry with WEIR SPM for the last 3 years doing regional sales for Asia Pacific with special focus on the China market and traveling frequently to Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, East Malaysia and Brunei to work with my distributors. So all in all, I have more than 29 good years in sales and marketing, both locally and overseas. I am also an investor in real estate myself and that was one of the reasons for me to leave the oil & gas industry and venture into the REWARDING world of REAL ESTATE!!!
