As a native born and bred Singaporean chinese, Micah is fluent in both English and Mandarin and is familiar with the geography and demographics of Singapore, and how the location and amenities nearby of of different condos can translate into economic sense. Once a particular project is identified, Micah can then use his negotiation skills to negotiate for the best deal for you. All work are done without any cost or charges to you.
