As a leader of ERA, I have always done my best to support, motivate and inspire other realtors to achieve successful closings. I believe that in everything I do in life, it is important to be aware of the surrounding environment and change my approach accordingly. This flexibility allows me to overcome the challenge of serving different types of customer and I hope that I can share this valuable experience with people who are willing to improve on their career skill set. It has always been my passion to empower others to excel in their career and improve their personal life. By empowering, I mean to fine tune instead of changing an individual’s way of responding to various situations they may encounter in their lives.
