I felt honored to be part of improving the country's valuable resources at the backend, which is incredibly labor-intensive for: o Property redevelopment configurations, licensing, and permit applications by the business operators. o Real estate professionals and conveyancing lawyers perform due diligence. • Together with my mentor, I conducted over 20 online training sessions, including the 'Pitfalls to avoid in the shophouse sales & purchase' process, and shared what we know about shophouses with the general public. As a result, >10,000 viewership videos are still online since 2020 & today: o salespersons confidently facilitate sales/leasing of shophouses. o Buyer-investors and trade colleagues turned into shophouse investments, applied what we shared, and valued our heritage built. 6th – 21st Oct 2022 assisted local Chinese newspaper, LianHe ZaoBao 联合早报, in writing a 3000 Chinese character detailed report about shophouses published on 23rd Oct 2022. Personal Track Record FY2022: Rental transactions aside, assisted foreign, local first-time/savvy buyer-investors and facilitated over 20 shophouse transactions to date (16 required significant restoration works).
